About Telefonplan

Area
Telefonplan Metro Station (“Telephone Square”) is an open-air station on line 14 of the Stockholm Metro. This station is located in the district of Hegersten. The station opened on April 5, 1964, as part of the first section of line 2 between T-Centralen and Fruengen.
The subway station initially mainly served the Ericsson headquarters, Ericsson’s main factory and the nearby serviced apartments of its workers. Ericsson’s headquarters moved to Kista in 2003. A lot of the facilities have been taken over by the Swedish University College of Arts, and there are plans to build a design center close to the station.
Just a stone’s throw away from Telefonplan is Stockholm University’s main campus, where thousands of students pursue their academic dreams. Metro & bus service
Telefonplan’s location in the southern part of Stockholm makes it easily accessible by public transportation. The T-bana (subway) station connects the neighborhood to the rest of the city, ensuring that both residents and visitors can explore all that Stockholm has to offer.One can hop on the metro on the red line and head to the Stockholm Central Station which takes 17 min and from there connects to the entire city.

As Telefonplan is a smaller area compared to the nearby spaces, the closest biggest shopping center is Liljeholmstorget Mall. It is within a 10 min distance by metro and 6 minutes by car.
Liljeholmstorget Galleria
Food, fashion, sports, home furnishings, pharmacies, system companies and service. When Liljeholmstorget Galleria was inaugurated in October 2009, the area got its first shopping center. With 33 shopping centers in five countries, Citycon is one of the market leaders in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia and Denmark. In Sweden, Citycon owns six centers. In addition to Liljeholmstorget Galleria, Kista Galleria, Jakobsberg Centrum, Åkersberga Centrum, Mölndal Galleria and Stenungstorg Centrum are also included. Read more.
However, there are a lot of small boutique stores that are quite interesting to have a look at. There is a Hemköp. ICA supermarkets nearby are the biggest supermarkets that have almost everything one needs.
